Who We Are
Leading Edge Software Solutions was founded in Summerville, SC, by Sandy Wilder to provide affordable training and consulting to non-profits on Blackbaud's products. Sandy earned a BS in Business Administration from the College of Charleston (SC). Holding Toastmasters International designation of Able Toastmaster, she has over 15 years of speaking and training experience in both the for-profit and non-profit arenas. She is a veteran trainer on Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, Financial Edge, and Raiser's Edge for United Way. In addition, she has extensive experience training adult students at a local SC college on all products in the Microsoft Office suite.
Sandy's warm, compassionate style has made her a favorite in the front of the room with non-profits across the US, Canada, and the Middle East. Her unique training techniques and humor combine to make her trainings memorable and entertaining. Sandy's passion for her work and the work of her clients is evident from the beginning to the end of her training sessions. Coupled with her patience and sincere desire to impart her knowledge to her clients, she is able to put even the most apprehensive of adult students at ease, allowing them to relax, learn and finally to leave with newfound knowledge and confidence. Sandy brings unparalleled commitment, experience, and passion to every organization she works with.
