What We Do - Raiser's Edge and Financial Edge Training
At Leading Edge, our training methods are unique and are designed to have a lasting impact on your organization long after training is completed. We don't subscribe to traditional, boring “point here” and “click there” models. Our trainings are designed to improve your return on your investment in the Raiser's Edge® and also to strengthen your organization as a team. We use real life scenarios to teach your users how to harness the power of the Raiser's Edge® in meaningful ways they never imagined. Your database can and should be the heart of your fund raising efforts, and we take our responsibility to your team and your mission very seriously. Just because it's serious, doesn't mean it can't be fun!
Raiser's Edge® and Financial Edge™
At Leading Edge, our specialty is the Raiser's Edge® and Financial Edge™. We LOVE the Raiser's Edge® and Financial Edge™ and helping others learn to love them, too! We offer both onsite and remote training; the choice is yours. We're happy to come to you, and we also offer a variety of remote options including web based training or training by phone. We'll invest as much time as necessary to gain an insight into your unique organizational needs and create a training package that's just what you need.
Think you can't afford as much training as you need? First of all, you may be surprised, so give us a call to find out. Our goal at Leading Edge is make training more affordable for small to mid-sized organizations. Even if you haven't been able to afford the traditional options available in the past, LESS could mean More for you. We're more than happy to work with you to design a solution that is affordable and just right for you.
Do you know of another organization in your area that could also benefit from Raiser's Edge® or Financial Edge™training? We're more than happy to train users from multiple organizations, allowing you to share the costs. Give your colleagues around town a call to see if a Group training is the answer for you. We'll even help you put it together! Also, if you refer another organization to us that ultimately hires us, we will donate 10% (up to $250!) to the non-profit of your choice!
In addition to training for your staff, does your database need some clean-up? At Leading Edge, we are pleased to offer a hybrid package that can include training and consulting. Often times, those services are delivered by two different people at two different times, resulting in two sets of expenses and maybe even conflicting advice.
